Friday Accountability:
Accountability Score: Tally up your actions this week, 1 point for each accomplishment
Not completed but still important: As you reflect, we need to continually analyze your results - what tasks did not get finished, but you still believe are important
Not completed, but may need to cut: Keep a close eye on certain actions on your list that may not be producing, you may not enjoy, and are getting skipped
New Connections: Who did you meet this week and were added to your CRM
Big Win this week: What is one thing that went well, that you are proud of from the week (we will start Monday with your wins)
One focus for next week: What do we need to get done next week to make it a success
The Blog:
Every entrepreneur has that moment — the end of the week, the end of the season — when we start reviewing calendars, leads, and plans for what’s next. But let’s be honest, you’re already doing that. You wouldn’t be an entrepreneur if you didn’t. So instead of another “review your goals”
Friday, let’s do something better: let’s create momentum through gratitude.
This weekend, I’m challenging you to launch your own Grateful for My Community Campaign. Choose a number — maybe 5, 10, or more — of local businesses you’re grateful for. Then, go visit them. Make it fun. Record short, authentic videos with them or for them. It could be a quick “thank you,” a behind-the-scenes peek, or a simple conversation about what makes their business special. You’ll build relationships, create shareable content, and remind your audience why community matters most.

Warm marketing thrives on connection — and gratitude is connection in action. By highlighting others, you naturally spotlight your own values and consistency.
The more you share appreciation, the more your audience begins to associate your brand with community, collaboration, and care. That’s the kind of momentum that no “sales push” can buy.
So here’s your challenge: set your number, grab your camera, and start filming those moments of gratitude. Post them with a common tag — maybe #GratefulForMyCommunity or #LiveLocalChallenge — and let’s fill our feeds with local pride and positive energy. Because the best way to overcome a slump… is to lift others while you climb.
