Before you plan another post, run another ad, or add another idea, do this first.
Step one:
Write one sentence that clearly states who you serve. Not a run-on. Not a paragraph. One clean sentence.
If it takes more than one sentence, you’re still sitting in the wrong chair.

Step two:
Now give that person a name.
Write out a full day in their life.
Where do they live? What time do they wake up?What do they wear to work? What do they eat for lunch?Where do they scroll when they’re tired? What stresses them out before bed? What do they wish someone would finally explain simply?
Be uncomfortably specific.
Only when you truly understand what their day looks like can you responsibly solve their problem with your business. Until then, you’re guessing. And guessing does not scale.
Warm marketing grows when you stop talking about your service and start speaking to a real human being you understand deeply.
If you want help tightening that one sentence or pressure-testing the person you just described, I’m happy to walk through it with you.
