Choose Growth One More Time
"One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again" Abraham Maslow.
You already know this part, my focus this week is as a reminder.

You know the brave choice isn't a one-time thing. You send the follow-up, you go to the event, you ask for the referral, and you know the fear will be back tomorrow asking the same question. Safety or growth?
The reason it feels tough is that you want more for yourself than the average person settles for. The pull back toward safety gets stronger the further forward you go. That's not a warning sign, that's the toll you pay for wanting a bigger pipeline, a better business, a fuller life.
Maslow named it decades ago. The choice never disappears, it just keeps showing up, and each time you choose growth, you're choosing to be the kind of person who wants to improve.
You've done it before. You'll do it again today.
