Big Win this week: What is one thing that went well, that you are proud of from the week (we will start Monday with your wins)

One focus for next week: What do we need to get done next week to make it a success

The Blog:

This week we’ve focused on two important steps: aligning your content with your values and learning how to stay consistent so your audience can actually trust and recognize your brand. Today, we’re pulling it all together with something simple you can create and use right away: your very own Brand Recipe Card.

Think of this card as the “secret sauce” that separates you from everyone posting randomly online. While others are throwing content out hoping it sticks, you’ll have a clear recipe for content that always connects back to your values and builds long-term trust with your audience.

Here’s how to build your Brand Recipe Card:

  1. First, write down your top three to five values — the ones you want to shine through in your content.

  2. Second, add your content themes. These are the topics that tie those values directly to your business, giving you direction every time you sit down to create.

  3. Third, choose one template and style you’ll commit to using. Whether it’s a color palette, font choice, or a type of post layout, repetition builds recognition and efficiency.

Keep this card visible where you work — taped to your wall, saved in your phone, or pinned inside Canva. Before you post, glance at it and ask: does this follow my recipe? If it does, you’ll know your content is staying true to your values and delivering a consistent brand experience.

Your Brand Recipe Card might feel simple, but that’s the point. Simplicity is what makes it usable. And the more you use it, the more your audience will begin to recognize you, trust you, and keep coming back for more.
