Accountability Score: Tally up your actions this week, 1 point for each accomplishment
Not completed but still important: As you reflect, we need to continually analyze your results - what tasks did not get finished, but you still believe are important
Not completed, but may need to cut: Keep a close eye on certain actions on your list that may not be producing, you may not enjoy, and are getting skipped
New Connections: Who did you meet this week and were added to your CRM
Big Win this week: What is one thing that went well, that you are proud of from the week (we will start Monday with your wins)
One focus for next week: What do we need to get done next week to make it a success
The Blog:
This week we looked at discipline from two sides: the structured, tactical approach from Dean VanDyke of The Pillar Group and his military background made for a perfect level of expertise, and the emotional awareness we added midweek to keep things balanced. Dean reminded us that systems, schedules, and strategy give discipline its structure. We reminded you that reflection, rest, and gratitude give it heart.
And as we head into the holiday season, as we work hard to finish the year strong and separate ourselves from the other entrepreneurs that put it on cruise control to coast out the year; we will need the balance of discipline and emotional awareness to be successful.

Now, as the year winds down, bring both together to finish strong, stay engaged with your business, and appreciate the people who make it all worth it.
And one way to do that is to set your Accountability Anchor before the holidays take over. You can leverage things such as:
Text a friend each morning with your top focus.
Keep a one-line nightly journal: “What did I stay consistent with today?”
Mark it on your calendar as an alert, daily or weekly, so it actually happens.
Check in with your community group weekly to share wins and setbacks.
Discipline isn’t doing it alone; it’s doing it on purpose, with support that pulls you back when life gets loud. Now our challenge today is to set up your accountability anchor. I DO NOT want this to just be another blog you read, nod, and say to yourself, "that's good content,"...I want you to DO SOMETHING about it.
