Friday Call to INACTION

You’ve made it through the week, I don't know about you, but it feels like everyone has been "busy" to start the year. We’ve talked about finding your focus and tracking the data, but there is one final piece to the puzzle: Reflection.
Most entrepreneurs are "people of action," not "people of reflection". We tend to wear "busy" as a badge of honor, but if you don't stop to look at where you've been, you'll likely repeat the same dysfunctional behaviors next week.

Why You Should Be Convinced (The Data)
If you’re the type of business owner who needs to see the ROI before committing to a new habit, listen to this: Harvard Business School researchers found that employees who spent the last 15 minutes of their day reflecting on what they learned performed 23% better than those who just kept working.
Reflection isn't just a "feel-good" exercise; it is a bridge that connects your experiences to actual improvement and higher performance.
3 Practical Ways to Reflect This Friday
To make this a sustainable part of your Warm Marketing Scheduler, try these three simple methods that I have learned through dozens of interviews with fellow marketers:
The 15-Minute "Victory Lap": Set a recurring calendar appointment for 10–15 minutes every Friday afternoon. Write down three things that went well and three things that could be improved. Acknowledging small wins builds the confidence and resilience needed to stay consistent. KEY is to set the appointment with yourself, so you don't book or work through.
The 80/20 Marketing Audit: Look back at your Content Calendar - Tracker and ask yourself: "Which actions had the biggest impact?". Identify the 20% of your activities that drove 80% of your actual conversations and results. This helps you decide what to double down on and what to stop doing. KEY write down the results, track it, keep mental notes by physically writing it down.
The "Human Connection" Pulse Check: Review your Make the List and CRM entries from the week. Did you follow up with the people who engaged? Reflection is only valuable if it leads to real, actionable change, like reaching out to that one referral you've been meaning to call.
By taking just a few minutes today, and every Friday, to "think about your thinking," you aren't slowing down, you're shifting into the right gear for a more effective Monday.
What was your biggest "win" this week? I'd love to help you figure out how to turn that single success into a repeatable system for your marketing calendar next month.
