Friday Review:
Accountability Score: Tally up your actions this week, 1 point for each accomplishment.
Not completed but still important: As you reflect, we need to continually analyze your results - what tasks did not get finished, but you still believe are important
Not completed, but may need to cut: Keep a close eye on certain actions on your list that may not be producing, you may not enjoy, and are getting skipped
New Connections: Who did you meet this week and were added to your CRM?
Big Win this week: What is one thing that went well, that you are proud of from the week (we will start Monday with your wins)
One focus for next week: What do we need to get done next week to make it a success
The Blog:
All week, we’ve talked about giving — not just to give, but to give with purpose. And now it’s time to take that one step further. Because giving without tracking is like marketing without measuring, which often leads to frustration and/or burnout. You won’t see the ripple you’re creating unless you pause long enough to notice it.
So here’s your challenge: find one local business that aligns with your values and give strategically. Maybe that’s a quick video spotlight, a connection, or even a shout-out post.
Then — and this is the part most people skip — mark your calendar to check in weekly and add your notes right into your tracker. Watch how small, intentional acts of giving begin to echo back through your relationships and results.

When you review your tracker this week, look for signs that your giving is creating impact:
1. Engagement Lift – Did your post, shout-out, or video get more interaction than usual? That’s your giving catching attention.
2. New Conversations – Did new people comment, message, or reach out because of what you shared? That’s your influence expanding.
3. Introductions Made – How many people did you connect this week? Bonus points if it led to something positive for them.
4. Shoutouts Returned – Did anyone tag you, mention you, or promote your work in return? That’s reputation compounding.
5. Collaboration Sparks – Did a new idea, partnership, or opportunity pop up as a result? Track it. That’s the beginning of momentum.
6. Referrals or Leads – If new clients or referrals came in, connect the dots. Strategic giving builds real pipelines.
7. Feel-Good Factor – Quick gut check: did this week’s giving energize you?
When giving feels aligned, it’s a sign you’re doing it right.
Every Friday, as you are already tracking your actions and scoring your week, include the ripple effect of your giving. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s awareness.
Because once you start seeing your ripple, you’ll realize just how powerful simple, strategic giving can be.
